POSITION OVERVIEW

Constellis is in search of a proficient Contractor to deliver telecommunication mechanic assistance for the Technical Service Desk. The key duties encompass managing support for new system implementations across diverse regions serviced by MegaCenters. Furthermore, this role entails programming alarm panels, conducting diagnostics, and ensuring effective communication between alarm panels and the MegaCenter receiver(s). The Contractor is also responsible for maintaining consistency in programming parameters throughout the regional inventory.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION

Hourly Rate: $31.27

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Construct, test, and uphold alarm accounts within the system program and monitoring software.
  • Identify and resolve alarm system challenges.
  • Educate end users on the functionality of alarm and access control systems.
  • Oversee panel reports to ensure reliable communication.
  • Process requests for modifications to the alarm program from agencies.
  • Assist onsite technicians in troubleshooting and interpreting alarm panel data.
  • Submit and track service tickets.
  • Coordinate work efforts and implement strategies to improve customer service.
  • Maintain documentation on tasks performed and materials utilized.
  • Administer alarm tracking databases and agency contact lists.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • A background check will be necessary.
  • Minimum educational requirement of a High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience with Bosch/Honeywell/DMP panels and programming software.
  • Familiarity with alarm automation software such as Bold-Stages.
  • Expertise in installing and programming security systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules.
  • Preferred technical degree.
