As a Senior Executive Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations while supporting our CEO and other key executives.

Your position will involve both internal and external interactions, demanding exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication abilities. Your capacity to maintain organization and prioritize requests will be crucial to the success of our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily schedules for our CEO, CTO, and other Apex leadership.
  • Manage responses to internal and external meeting invitations.
  • Assist with special initiatives for the organization and/or clients.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, itineraries, and all related correspondence.
  • Handle expense management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external visitors.
  • Organize and facilitate external meetings.
  • Support the planning of company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Qualifications:
  • U.S. Person status is required due to access to export-controlled data.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives in a corporate setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage professionally with high-level executives, clients, employees, and business partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities while delivering high-quality results.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a commitment to understanding company objectives.
  • Adaptability to handle constant change.
  • Proficient in managing confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience scheduling meetings across various time zones.
  • Background in planning and booking international travel.
  • Experience in managing executive expense reports.
