Role Summary:
The Senior Manager will join Visa's Client Delivery team in the United States, focusing on collaboration with North American stakeholders to launch products and solutions, enhance adoption, and provide comprehensive support for client relationship managers. This role involves close collaboration with essential cross-functional teams, including product management, client relations, marketing, and communications. The Client Delivery Lead will ensure that sales teams are equipped for success, delivering a consistent and seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on designated products and related business operations, as well as North America sales teams and last-mile go-to-market strategies for internal partners.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for product launches, enhancements, and phase-outs.
  • Lead the communication of sales strategies for product launches and significant business transformations affecting clients.
  • Oversee sales communications for product launches, enhancements, and marketing initiatives, including the development of sales briefings, talking points, FAQs, sales materials, and training sessions.
  • Support team and cross-functional projects to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships at all levels within the team and across Visa.
  • Minimal travel is anticipated for this role.

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position, allowing employees to alternate between remote work and office presence. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week, with a general guideline of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business requirements.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years of experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:
9 or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 7 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree, or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.
Experience in product management, development, marketing, management consulting, or business operations is preferred. Payments industry experience is advantageous. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage complex tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines. A strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities is essential. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required.

Work Hours: Varies based on departmental needs.
Travel Requirements: This position may require travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This role will be performed in an office environment, requiring the ability to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and via telephone, and operate standard office equipment.
