Role Overview: The Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team functions as the essential framework of the GTM organization, encompassing Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Partnerships. This team plays a pivotal role in annual planning, process optimization, and data-driven insights, collaborating closely with Finance, Human Resources, GTM Strategy & Enablement, and Data Science, alongside the GTM Executive Leadership Team to enhance the design, development, and execution of our GTM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take comprehensive ownership of a unified GTM strategy and execution plan, including operational insights.
  • Establish a centralized and standardized overview of the revenue funnel and key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate target setting, risk identification, and efficiency optimization.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration by aligning plans and resources consistently.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather feedback and insights on field execution.
  • Work closely with the finance team to assess impacts on annual and long-range planning and overall business performance.
  • Provide insights into business performance, focusing on growth, scalability, and efficiency opportunities, grounded in core SaaS KPIs.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of executing the GTM plan, including alignment of Sales and Customer Success capacities, marketing strategies, and pipeline management.
  • Ensure that appropriate systems and processes are in place to support evolving GTM strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of relevant experience, including VP-level leadership in a global enterprise exceeding $100M in revenue.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in leading and supporting global teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort in engaging with all organizational levels, including Board Members and Executive Leadership.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce and scaling SaaS companies.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on achieving goals.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $275,000 - $300,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum salary for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including individual qualifications and anticipated performance.
