Role Overview: The Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team serves as the backbone of our GTM organization, which encompasses Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Partnerships. This team is tasked with annual planning, process optimization, and providing actionable insights. They collaborate closely with Finance, HR, GTM Strategy & Enablement, and Data Science to enhance the design, development, and execution of our GTM strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive GTM strategy and execution, ensuring operational insights are integrated.
- Establish a unified and standardized view of the revenue funnel and key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate target setting and risk identification.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration by aligning plans and resources effectively.
- Work alongside functional teams to gather feedback and insights on execution.
- Collaborate with the finance team to assess impacts on annual and long-term plans.
- Deliver insights on overall business performance, focusing on growth, scalability, and efficiency opportunities.
- Manage the operational aspects of executing the GTM plan, including sales capacity and marketing strategies.
- Ensure the necessary systems and processes are in place to adapt to evolving GTM strategies.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of relevant experience, including VP-level leadership in a $100M+ global organization.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading and supporting global teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, comfortable engaging with executive leadership.
- Prior experience with Salesforce and scaling SaaS companies is highly desirable.
- Team-oriented with a focus on achieving goals.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $275,000 - $300,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including individual qualifications and performance.
