About the Role: As a vital member of the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Go-to-Market Specialist team, you will spearhead the GTM strategy for AWS' Container technologies tailored for enterprise customers across North America. Your role will encompass:
- Strategic Leadership: Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for Enterprise Applications, Migration, and Modernization leveraging Container technologies.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Utilize your deep understanding of Containers and Serverless technologies to address critical customer challenges and empower field teams to deliver solutions.
- Market Expansion: Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at broadening market reach, developing scalable adoption programs, and uncovering new opportunities.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and pursue objectives that foster long-term growth while meeting or exceeding key performance indicators.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer insights and market trends to inform product development and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Operational Excellence: Prepare and present comprehensive business reviews and operational plans for your designated technology domain.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with external partners and cross-functional teams to execute customer acquisition strategies.
Qualifications:
Basic:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience in GTM, Sales, or Consulting
- 5+ years of experience in Application Migration and Modernization using Containers
Preferred:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven credibility as a technology advisor to senior executives.
- Experience in negotiating complex agreements with clients and partners.
- Familiarity with a matrixed sales environment and the execution of growth initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platforms.
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, or Management Information Systems is advantageous.

Compensation: Our compensation structure reflects the labor market across various U.S. regions. The base salary for this position ranges from $133,200 to $220,200, depending on geographic location and individual qualifications.
