Role Summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a talented Digital Media Specialist to join our established Digital Strategy team within the Digital Growth function.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat, to achieve high growth for social platform followings and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo social content.
  • Respond to comments and consumer queries on assigned social communities within a 24-hour response time.
  • Elevate comments and consumer queries as necessary.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Leverage content management tools to measure social performance.
  • Package and ship product mailers to influencers and key agency partners.
  • Write influencer campaign briefs to obtain engaging social content.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 1+ years in Social Media Marketing or similar role
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms
  • Familiarity with Canva, Social Studio, and/or RivalIQ a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work autonomously
  • Strong time management and organization skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
