Strategic Growth Manager

As a key member of Amazon's Seller Growth Programs team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global stores. Your expertise will drive improvements that enable growth, partnering with product, science, and regional business teams to influence senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create frameworks connecting growth inputs to outcomes, fostering data-driven decision making
- Leverage data analysis and anecdotes to identify top opportunities for improvement
- Invent innovative solutions to challenging problems, enhancing Selling Partner growth and profitability
- Influence product decisions and drive closure, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams
This work has a direct impact on Topline growth, Selling Partner Cost to Serve, and influences short and long-term capital investment decisions.
The ideal candidate will have experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, proficiency in Excel or Tableau, and a proven track record of driving direction with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer:
A competitive estimated annual salary range of $153,000 to $252,900, reflecting the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Total compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and benefits.
