We are seeking an experienced Sr. Finance Manager to join our finance organization supporting the AWS Infrastructure Supply Chain and Procurement team.

This position involves providing end-to-end financial support to drive AWS to be the low cost provider in Cloud computing and leader in customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyzing key strategic initiatives and cost optimization opportunities
  2. Leading controllership for the Frontier business
  3. Finance lead for Infrastructure rate/volume/supply for Gen/AI
  4. Partnering with AWS Infrastructure FP&A teams to support compelling business drivers and create clear, concise communication for senior leadership consumption
  5. Working cross-functionally with business partners and various finance teams on strategic initiatives requiring NPV analyses and monthly reporting on financial status
  6. Developing metrics and reports to provide visibility into cost structure and drive actionable goals with the business team
  7. Developing business cases for ad-hoc projects and presenting recommendations to AWS senior management
  8. Managing 3-4 cost controllers working to provide cost insights on components that go into Server and Networking racks
  9. Supporting regional expansion and growth of the Frontier business including Outpost
  10. Providing insights and cost visibility into the high-growth Gen/AI space within AWS Infrastructure

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have experience with data reporting tools. A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required. An MBA or CPA certification is also preferred.

A competitive salary range for this position is $170,000 - $220,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan matching, and generous paid time off.
