Billing Coordinator Job Description

Vaco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team in Cottonwood Heights, UT. This is a hybrid schedule opportunity that requires strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and process work records and assignment receipts related to provider placements
  • Ensure accurate payment and billing to customers
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to resolve any discrepancies
  • Assign reasonable accruals for missing provider work records and vendor invoices
  • Work efficiently with Windows-based computer applications, including Word and Excel
  • Meet weekly, bi-weekly, semi-weekly, and monthly billing deadlines
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
