We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Department Secretary to join our team at Northern Arizona Healthcare Corporation. This role will provide administrative support to our department and staff, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare reports and presentations for management and clinical teams
- Provide confidential administrative support to management and clinical teams
- Enter data into departmental statistics and tracking systems
- Meet and greet customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Perform clerical duties, including ordering, keyboarding, scanning, filing, and photocopying
- Process time edits and contact external vendors
- Establish and maintain organized financial management systems
- Support document control files and maintain current records
- Assist with scheduling and billing
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Clerical, secretarial, and receptionist experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Microsoft Windows workstation environments and MS Office products experience preferred
This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
