Supervisory Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of accounting personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include hiring, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of ten years of relevant experience. CPA certification is preferred.

Skills and Experience:
Over 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly JDE, and advanced Excel skills are essential. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities are required.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be necessary, up to 20% of the time.
