Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of accounting or auditing experience, including at least 5 years in investment accounting with Statutory and GAAP knowledge.
  • 10+ years of management experience.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and SQL/Query tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of business practices, investment accounting, and GAAP/statutory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
  • Expert analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex business concepts.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and initiatives.
  • Expertise in customer relationship and change management.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills in working with internal and external stakeholders.
