Job Title: Senior Director, Global Key Accounts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director, Global Key Accounts to lead and manage the sales performance, strategy, and operations across our Global Key Account Team. As a key member of our Global Sales Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving orders and revenue growth, building and maintaining critical client relationships, and ensuring the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Key Account sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives and market dynamics, in order to hit an assigned team quota across our largest and most strategic clients.
  • Lead, develop, mentor, and motivate a team of high-performing Key Account Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and refine sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management to support business planning and resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science related field, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10 years proven experience in sales management roles.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and sales performance improvements.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
What We Offer:

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees. This role is eligible for a remote work arrangement, and we are committed to providing enriching careers, no matter the work arrangement.

The salary range for this role is $230,000 - $275,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for incentive pay.
