RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure the dealership receives payment for all warranty services accurately and promptly by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on each claim.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to guarantee timely receipt of replacement parts.
  • Engage with customers and service technicians to clarify the scope of warranty claims and set appropriate expectations.
  • Prepare, review, and process warranty claims efficiently.
  • Follow up on each claim to ensure customer service delivery and dealership compensation.
  • Schedule warranty appointments and educate customers on the process.
  • Stay informed about all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of automotive parts and services.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong mathematical skills are required.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
