  • Manage documentation requests and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Support Inside Sales with both inbound and outbound customer interactions as necessary.
  • Encourage the utilization of digital platforms for customer engagement.
  • Offer assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and maintain adherence to scheduled hours.
  • Comply with all regulatory policies, procedures, and privacy standards, including HIPAA requirements.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in navigating various online platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and smart devices.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work amidst changing priorities.
Work Schedule: 1st Shift, 8 am - 5 pm.

This position is a Full-time, Contract opportunity.

Compensation: $23 - $24 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
