Client Engagement Specialist

The Cary Company is in search of a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist.
We are looking for a candidate who not only supports our sales and management teams but also possesses strong business insight.

Key Responsibilities:
Enhance customer retention by prioritizing high-quality service and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner through various communication channels.
Monitor and inform customers about their order status and delivery schedules by liaising with logistics and shipping partners.
Ensure precise and prompt order fulfillment by working closely with the sales and warehouse teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience and service efficiency.
Address customer complaints and concerns in a diplomatic and effective manner.
Maintain organized and accurate customer records within the CRM system.
Identify and recommend new products or services by highlighting relevant features and benefits.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive thinking.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred. Proven experience in a customer service capacity is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach are required.
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in order processing is crucial.
Familiarity with packaging materials and products is a plus.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous.
