Job Summary:

Bode Search Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling building materials to residential and commercial contractors in the Greater Chicago area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell building materials to residential and commercial contractors in the Greater Chicago area
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in the construction and/or building materials industry
  • 2+ years of sales experience, or equivalent experience in estimation or construction project management
  • Strong people skills and ability to build relationships with customers
  • Clean driving record
  • Experience with exteriors and/or exterior/roofing products is a plus

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary range of $65,000-$70,000
  • Uncapped commissions
