National Sales Director

As a National Sales Manager at SalesFirst Recruiting-1, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by fostering strong relationships with existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Your focus will be on expanding the reach of our client's product lines in the foodservice and hospitality sectors.
This position involves significant travel (50%) across key U.S. markets, with a particular emphasis on regions that have a high concentration of foodservice industry headquarters. You will engage with executive chefs, corporate operations managers, and distributor teams to facilitate product testing, demos, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Nurture existing accounts and identify new business opportunities through strategic networking and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively (50%) to key U.S. markets, with a focus on regions with high concentrations of foodservice industry headquarters.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the foodservice industry, with a focus on national accounts.
- Strong knowledge of vacuum packaging, culinary equipment, or food preparation processes.
- Experience working with restaurant chains, commercial kitchens, or similar end-users, as well as distributor purchasing teams.
- Adaptable and resourceful problem-solver.
- Must live in/near Kansas City.
