About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Smithfield Foods. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a focus on revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
