Job Title: National Events Director

The National Events Director plays a pivotal role in planning, promoting, and executing FCA's national events with excellence. This position requires collaboration with FCA leadership, vendors, and event centers to create unforgettable experiences for athletes, coaches, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Develop high-level structures for events, plan experience details, and coordinate teams and vendors.
  • Event Promotion: Support internal event promotion plans, create marketing materials, and advise staff on marketing strategies.
  • Event Execution: Manage event schedules, communicate with participating parties, and lead setup/tear-down teams.
  • Event Close Out: Reconcile financial projections, provide timely payments to vendors, and follow up with thank-you letters/gifts.
