About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Private Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at BankTalent HQ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Focus on generating, managing, and servicing a portfolio of clients, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Responsible for generating, retaining, and expanding business in areas such as loan and deposit products, investment and trust referrals, and commercial business referrals.
  • Conduct credit analysis and proper loan structuring to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication, portfolio reviews, and recommendations.
  • Develop and follow up on new client leads through existing clients, referrals from other bank departments, and divisions.
  • Call on existing relationships to review portfolios and make recommendations as needed.
Requirements
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in lending, sales, banking products, and services, or other directly related experience.
  • Must have series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
  • Extensive knowledge of banking, commercial lending, mortgages, investments, trusts, affinity, and insurance products and services.
  • Ability to display sound judgment and strong sales, self-management, credit analysis, loan structuring, applicant interviewing, and perceptive character judgment skills.
  • Extensive working knowledge in financial planning, enabling recognition of investments, brokerage sales, and referral possibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Commitment to a high degree of service quality.
  • Advanced computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet software.

Compensation

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $130,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
