Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute relationship plans to achieve revenue growth and portfolio profitability
  • Present product solutions to client needs and provide responsive, quality service
  • Approve transactions within delegated authority and manage overall relationship profitability and portfolio risk
  • Identify and promote solutions to customer needs, and maintain an active calling program
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide clients with comprehensive banking solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of lending experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of credit experience required
  • Strong understanding of commercial credit policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of commercial credit products and underwriting standards
  • Excellent sales and marketing abilities, including cross-selling skills
  • Superior client relationship skills
What We Offer

City National Bank offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting base salary of $122,535 - $208,715 per year, plus bonus and/or commissions. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
