Job Overview

Position Objective:

This role is dedicated to showcasing a commitment to excellence while assisting both new and existing clients with their immediate, short-term, and long-term financial requirements. This includes managing transactions, facilitating new account openings, and making suitable partner referrals while adhering to regulations, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service while handling a variety of client transactions and inquiries.
  • Guide clients and deliver a comprehensive range of customer services.
  • Establish, meet, and surpass service standards by following set Service Quality Standards.
  • Achieve personal sales targets.
  • Contribute to the achievement of branch sales objectives by recognizing client needs and promoting/selling the Bank's offerings.
  • Build strong client relationships through diligent follow-up on new accounts for both business and personal clients, ensuring timely account maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance relationships and proactively engage with both existing and prospective consumer and business clients.
  • Prepare arrangements and documentation for specialized services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor insights, and maintain knowledge of the Bank's products/services and pricing.
  • Utilize software tools to assess client needs and refer them to other business lines.
  • Perform branch functions and assist fellow branch staff.
  • Ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
  • Conduct audits of cash drawers and perform spot checks as necessary.
  • Plan, monitor, and adhere to the branch's cash requirements; place cash orders and prepare shipments.
  • Ensure satisfactory audit ratings are achieved at the branch level.
  • May provide Notary services, Signature Guarantee, and serve as backup for branch leadership when required.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and bank policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This position reports to the Branch Manager or Regional Manager.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and service objectives.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Abilities:

  • Availability to work all branch hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Ability to ask questions and establish rapport.
  • Must uphold internal and external confidentiality.
  • Successful completion of required background checks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in cash handling/customer service, along with sales experience focused on cross-selling products and services.
