KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an HVAC Installation Specialist, your role will involve installing HVAC systems, ductwork, and fittings within the allocated labor hours. You will work efficiently, ensuring the job site remains organized, while also managing truck inventory to stay on schedule. Upon project completion, you will handle payment collection and complete necessary documentation. Collaborating regularly with the installation manager, dispatchers, and other supervisors, you will focus on customer satisfaction while achieving performance targets. Safety will always be your top priority, and you should be willing to assist colleagues as needed. If you can fulfill these responsibilities and meet the following qualifications, we would be pleased to consider you for our team:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in installation or equivalent education
- EPA certification
- Ability to interpret controls and wiring schematics
- Proficiency in brazing, soldering, and welding
- Willingness to be on-call during weekends and after hours as necessary
- Valid social security card, driver's license, and a clean driving record
- Capability to climb ladders, work in varying temperatures, navigate small spaces, and lift/move up to 75 pounds
- NATE certification is a plus
