Client Relations Manager

Sentry Force Security LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Account Manager to oversee a significant government contract. This role involves managing a team of security personnel across a designated area, ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Onboarding: Facilitate the hiring process for new security officers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and entered into company systems.
- Compliance Management: Oversee background checks and drug testing for both new hires and current employees, maintaining rigorous standards.
- Personnel File Maintenance: Ensure that all employee files are up-to-date and contain required documentation.
- Credential Tracking: Monitor and manage the renewal of employee licenses and certifications, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee benefits, including health insurance enrollment and updates.
- Disciplinary Actions: Conduct meetings with employees regarding performance issues and document outcomes appropriately.
- Training and Orientation: Provide orientation for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff as needed.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Office Management: Handle office supply orders and general administrative tasks.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Due to the nature of the role, flexibility is required, including availability for on-call duties and weekend work.
CompensationThe starting salary for this position is $60,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications- Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in the security sector.
- Possession of a DCJS security license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years old and a US citizen.
- Ability to pass a thorough background investigation and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Availability for on-call duties and weekend work as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
