  • The successful candidate will study middle market industrial, economic, and financial situations relating to new or existing business as part of prudent business development and portfolio management disciplines.
  • This role requires the ability to demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job functions and apply to designated job responsibilities. • The ideal candidate will maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
  • This role may involve coaching, mentoring, or training others and teaching coursework as a subject matter expert. The successful candidate will actively learn, demonstrate, and foster the Umpqua corporate culture in all actions and words.
  • The ideal candidate will take personal initiative and be a positive example for others to emulate. They will also embrace our vision to become the Business Bank of Choice.
  • This role may involve performing other duties as assigned.
