Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading our business operations in assigned markets, driving profitable growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability in assigned markets.
  • Lead and manage a team of Area Branch Managers, Administrators, and Mechanical staff employees to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and community partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the performance of business locations, ensuring alignment with company goals and adherence to sales processes.
  • Develop and implement effective equipment management processes to ensure optimal resource allocation and deployment.
  • Manage customer contracts and deliver requirements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement innovation and efficiency opportunities to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience required.
  • 5+ years' experience leading a market or area of a service business with P&L responsibility, preferably in landscaping or grounds management.
  • Proven track record of sales success, customer retention, and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
