Job Title: Procurement Manager

Ecolab is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our Regional Procurement Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing over $100 million per year in purchases specific to equipment materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global and regional sourcing strategies to reduce total delivered cost, mitigate headwinds, and improve security of supply.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback on the Total Delivered Cost sourcing process to build capability and mature practices across a global team.
  • Effectively communicate strategies, results, and metrics to leadership teams as required.
  • Develop contract strategies and negotiate key commercial and supply positions to benefit Ecolab's business requirements and goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends for assigned categories and provide guidance and recommendations to business units to support margin and top-line growth.
  • Implement strategic supplier strategies and initiatives to achieve maximum value at both a regional and global level.
  • Develop, align, and drive strategic projects to improve procurement processes, tools, and efficiencies.
  • Implement purchasing infrastructure in conjunction with functions and supply chain to ensure availability at required quality and cost levels.
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports or cross-functional teams to ensure strong performance and build high-performing teams.
  • Interview, identify, and recommend strong talent for the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, marketing, RDE, finance, or supply chain.
  • Immigration sponsorship is not offered for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing electronics and/or flow control equipment.
  • Demonstrated history of leadership, teamwork, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated competitive drive and strong orientation for results and achievement.
  • Demonstrated skills in clear communication and presentation.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and strong presence in interactions with others.
