About the Role

The Director of People Operations will oversee all aspects of organizational employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our team members. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies, managing the HR team, and coordinating with the executive team to ensure consistent application of corporate culture and ethics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and objectives that align with the company's mission and vision.
  • Manage the HR team, including recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of training programs, performance management systems, and professional development initiatives.
  • Administer compensation packages, benefits plans, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion practices are integrated into all aspects of HR operations.
  • Provide corporate oversight and guidance on employee relations and engagement.
  • Manage HR information systems and data analysis to inform HR decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certification preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably as a Director of People Operations or equivalent position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess, develop, and implement effective HR strategies and establish a new infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, including a minimum of five years of experience.
