Your Mission:

As a vital member of the Brightline Station Operations team, you will often be the first friendly face our guests encounter. You will share your extensive knowledge of the local area and the company while ensuring the safe handling of all checked baggage and personal items at the station entrance. By recommending services and products and supporting your colleagues in various station roles, you will help our guests feel confident in their choice to travel with Brightline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Baggage Management: You will oversee the secure handling of guest luggage and personal belongings throughout the station, ensuring adherence to company protocols while identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Technology Proficiency: You will be adept at navigating various software applications to assist our guests effectively.
  • Guest-Centric Approach: You will play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, anticipating their needs and assisting them before boarding or after arrival.

This role is part of a dynamic and evolving business model. The responsibilities outlined here are not exhaustive and may evolve over time.

Ideal Candidate:

  • This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items, navigating uneven surfaces, communicating effectively in person and through electronic means, climbing ladders, and adhering to safety protocols.
  • You should have at least six months of experience in customer service, sales, or food and beverage service.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
