Job Title: Luggage Attendant

Job Summary:

The Luggage Attendant is a key member of our front desk team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and owners. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their designated room, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Luggage Handling: Load and unload luggage onto carts, transport them to and from guest rooms, and assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Guest Services staff to coordinate daily VIP arrivals and special guests.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bellman/Luggage Attendant or relevant role.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Education: High School degree, GED or Equivalent.
Work Environment:

The Luggage Attendant will work primarily in an office environment with a moderate noise level. The employee may be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions.
