About the Role

As a Phone Support Specialist at Trantolo & Trantolo, LLC, you will play a critical role in providing support to potential new clients and ensuring their needs are met.

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in a fast-paced call center environment.

You will be responsible for handling phone and web-based leads, completing administrative tasks, and collaborating with various teams within the company.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to potential new clients
  • Handle phone and web-based leads
  • Complete administrative tasks, including notating files and reporting on calls
  • Collaborate with Receptionists, Attorneys, Paralegals, and Executive team members

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Experience managing high call volume
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other applications (Docusign, Lead Docket, Needles Case Management)
