Job Description

Trantolo & Trantolo, LLC is seeking a qualified Case Intake Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for managing phone and web-based leads, completing administrative tasks, and interacting with various teams within the company.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a call center environment and be skilled in managing high call volume, working well under pressure, and multi-tasking.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone and web-based leads
  • Complete administrative tasks, including notating files and reporting on calls
  • Interact with Receptionists, Attorneys, Paralegals, and Executive team members
  • Assist with training and development of staff

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Experience managing high call volume
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other applications (Docusign, Lead Docket, Needles Case Management)
