Rutland Regional Medical Center seeks a highly motivated Clinical Educator to support our mission of delivering exceptional patient care. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a vital role in leading education initiatives, providing staff development resources, and mentoring healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a leader in education, fostering collaboration between academic and practice settings.
  • Support continuous learning and professional development through provision of in-services, education program development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Mentor and guide healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years clinical experience in nursing, with at least 3 years in a hospital setting.
  • Previous educational nursing instructor experience is a plus.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Current Vermont RN licensure and/or Advanced Practice Licensure.
  • Unit-specific training certifications, such as CNOR, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC, NRP, PCCN, CCRN.
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of clinical nursing practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to education.
  • Effective communication and computer skills.
