Job Overview

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team at TG Real Estate. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing paperwork, coordinating appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and correspondence
  • Coordinate appointments, walkthroughs, and other events with clients and team members
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the team to market our brand and arrange community events
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • License for real estate is preferred but not required
