Real Estate Administrative Coordinator

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team at TG Real Estate. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing paperwork, coordinating appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and correspondence
- Coordinate appointments, walkthroughs, and other events with clients and team members
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the team to market our brand and arrange community events
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- License for real estate is preferred but not required
