Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
- Install, test, and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and control equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of electrical systems, including diagrams and schematics.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical installation, repair, and maintenance in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme temperatures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a standard 1/2-ton pick-up truck.
The Electrical Specialist will be required to:
- Occasionally remain on their feet for long periods.
- Occasionally move about on foot for long periods.
- Occasionally climb stairs, stepladders, extension ladders, and scaffolding ladders.
- Occasionally raise or lower objects of up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally transport objects of up to 50 pounds a distance of up to 10 yards.
