About the Role

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Benefits and HRIS Coordinator to join our Human Resources department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of our associate benefit programs and HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer day-to-day employee benefits, ensuring compliance with benefit contracts and applicable laws, including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, Unemployment Compensation, Workers Compensation, and other relevant regulations.
  • Manage day-to-day associate benefit enrollment needs and approvals, including new hire, qualifying life events, executive enrollments, and open enrollment, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing.
  • Maintain the monthly billing and invoicing reconciliation and approval for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee and monitor various trackers for programs offered at Navitus, including education reimbursement, volunteer programs, PTO Cashout, medical plan premium discounts, and other benefits.
  • Lead the general benefit inbox, assigning task responsibility for incoming emails, answering associate questions, and providing support to associates and leaders.
  • Create, maintain, and support various reports or queries as required or requested, including monthly HR metrics and benefit enrollment numbers.
  • Review and approve associate changes submitted through Manager Self Service (MSS) related to associate address and location, supervisor, job codes, job grades, and other non-pay related changes.
  • Participate in process improvement activities and work in conjunction with the HR team to build and enhance HR processes.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or three to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SHRMP-CP, PHR, or CEBS certification is preferred.
  • One year of experience as a Human Resources professional is required, with two years of related benefit administration experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of HRIS products, such as ADP Enterprise, is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with internal benefit communication planning and writing is also preferred.
  • Knowledge of general human resource programs, policies, and procedures related to employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, EEO/AAP administration, and FMLA administration is required.
