COORDINADOR DE OPERACIONES NOCTURNAS

El Coordinador de Operaciones es responsable de diversas tareas que requieren atención al detalle y confidencialidad. Esta posición implica la operación de central telefónica, monitoreo de sistemas de seguridad, comunicaciones y colaboración estrecha con el Oficial de Soporte de Operaciones.

HORARIO DE TRABAJO NOCTURNO:

Semana 1 = Miércoles y Jueves 8PM – 8AM

Semana 2 = Lunes, Martes, Viernes, Sábado, Domingo 8PM – 8AM

Responsabilidades:

  • Mantener y supervisar los sistemas de acceso de seguridad.
  • Asegurar un registro preciso y mantener información confidencial.
  • Iniciar protocolos cuando sea necesario.
  • Desarrollar competencia con los programas requeridos.
  • Realizar tareas asignadas por el personal de comando de Seguridad del Campus.

Calificaciones/Requisitos:

  • Graduado de secundaria con experiencia administrativa o en servicio al cliente.
  • Competencia informática, habilidades de comunicación y conocimiento de prácticas de oficina.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno cambiante, priorizar tareas y proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente.
