We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our team at our Ashland, Virginia facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, logistics, and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates and support delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Plan, monitor, and execute schedules to ensure proper staffing and adjust as needed to meet operational demands and business objectives.
  • Manage the loading and unloading of trucks, maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure productivity, customer service, and safety standards are met on a daily basis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional and courteous relations with customers and suppliers.
  • Communicate with employees on objectives, policies, procedures, safety methods, and other important information.
  • Work with dispatchers to coordinate efficient deliveries and apply knowledge of customer schedules, delivery times, traffic volume, and alternate routes to increase route efficiencies.
  • Ensure safe loading and unloading of products according to size and content description.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing inventory, logistics, and supply chain activities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 65 pounds.
