About the Role

Jobot is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transaction Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our business law firm, you will work closely with our clients and transactional shareholders to provide high-quality, commercial legal advice and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assignments on a timely basis and provide exceptional client service
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal solutions
  • Draft and review a wide range of transaction and business agreements, including real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, organizational documents, M&A agreements, and joint venture agreements
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless execution of client projects
  • Continuously develop your skills and expertise to become a trusted, go-to attorney for our clients
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of transactional experience in real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and/or general business representation
  • Superior academic performance, including graduation from an accredited law school (at least two of the following: Tier 1 law school, top 25%, and/or journal)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
