Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Sales Manager to lead our machine tool sales team in Western New York. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote product sales.
  • Provide technical sales support and collaborate with engineering teams to determine customer equipment needs.
  • Conduct regular site visits to customer facilities to review engineering or service-related concerns and identify sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on territory planning and MIS performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or Associate's Degree with 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience.
  • 2-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in machine tool sales or related environments.

The estimated salary for this role is $95,000-$130,000 per year, depending on experience.
