Sales Territory Manager Position

We are seeking a Sales Territory Manager to join our team in the Greater Rochester area. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for selling safe patient handling equipment and accessories to hospitals, long-term care facilities, and nursing homes throughout your defined territory.

The ideal candidate will have 4-yr degree, proven outside sales experience, and a passion for medical/healthcare-related sales. You will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong ability to build relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

Salary: $60,650 base salary plus 7.5% tiered commission. The commission structure includes 1.5% at 60% of target, 3% at 70% of target, 4.5% at 80% of target, 6% at 90% of target, and 7.5% at or above target.

Travel Requirements: 75% to 80% travel to cover territory, up to 3 to 4 overnights per week.
