Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
* Manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance and adherence to sales processes
* Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to address any challenges or obstacles
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate ourselves and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry
* Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving sales productivity
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Strategic thinker with a passion for driving results and achieving goals
