KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a shift supervisor, you will oversee all operations during your shift. This includes managing costs, inventory, cash handling, and customer interactions. You are expected to set a positive example and adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Staff management, administrative tasks, financial oversight, food safety, scheduling, maintaining a professional appearance, delivering excellent customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation logistics, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and driving profitability.

REQUIREMENTS
General responsibilities for all team members include:
Operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing food, processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
Training is provided on the job.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to understand and convey clear written instructions.
Effective verbal communication with customers and colleagues is essential for processing orders efficiently.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/SKILLS
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations accurately and swiftly.
Must be capable of providing correct change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills are necessary for order processing.
Coordination between hands and eyes is crucial for precise movements.
Ability to enter orders using a computer or touchscreen interface.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks.
In-store temperatures can range from cool to warm, depending on the work area.
Potential exposure to food odors and dust.
Workspaces may include cramped areas such as walk-in coolers and hot surfaces.
SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Effective communication over the phone and the ability to see clearly for most in-store tasks.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
The ability to lead a team, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and collaboratively, manage stress, meet quality standards, and make informed decisions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Standing for extended periods is required.
Walking short distances may be necessary.
Tasks may involve lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Team members may need to navigate stairs or ladders for various tasks.
Frequent use of hands for various activities is essential.
