Position Overview:
USESI is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Counter Sales Associate to support our operations. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient processing within our distribution framework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the sales counter and through various communication channels.
- Address operational inquiries and issues through the appropriate systems.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to enhance customer service efficiency.
- Monitor and track customer orders to ensure timely processing.
- Manage returns from customers and vendors while adhering to deadlines.
- Provide administrative assistance to the leadership team in the distribution center.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly within the electrical sector, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A High School diploma or GED is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 60 pounds.
