Job Title: Property Manager/Deputy Program Manager

Planate Management Group, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager/Deputy Program Manager to support our task order with the U.S. Department of State. This position will be based in Iraq and requires a strong background in property management, logistics, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Contractor's Property Management, ensuring compliance with all Environmental & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals.
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
  • Manage, monitor, and track property inventory based on site location, type, and usage.
  • Maintain and update property records.
  • Manage property staff.
  • Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers.
  • Identify problem areas to the PM.
  • Plan and manage projects.
Qualifications:
  • Seven (7) years of fleet vehicle maintenance management and/or logistics support services management experience with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in providing such services to large operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with property management, contracts, or related field.
  • Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM). Preferably with relevant overseas vehicle maintenance experience.
  • Valid driver's license from home of record.
  • Must have secret clearance (Top Secret Desired).
  • Excellent oral communication, interpersonal, and technical writing skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and maintain paper and computer-based tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting data.
  • Strong work ethic and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment; flexible and quickly adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Resourceful, self-reliant, self-motivated.
  • Must lawfully reside in the United States and is eligible for employment (Planate does not sponsor visas or work permits).
