Responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive management of the daily operations of your apartment community, including leasing, collections, move-ins, move-outs, and tenant relations.

• Management and support of all onsite staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.

• Oversight of maintenance activities, including work order status, preventative maintenance, and timely and high-quality make-ready unit preparation.

• Timely preparation of all required reports and documentation, including those required by The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and management.

• Maintenance of accurate property and tenant computer records in property software (OneSite).

• Preparation for and oversight of Management and Occupancy Reviews and REAC Inspections.

• Effective and prompt communication with residents and applicants on all issues pertinent to their tenancy.

• Enforcement of lease terms, rules, and regulations.

• Execution of necessary evictions through final disposition.

• Effective and timely communications with owners and other senior management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of property management experience as an apartment manager.

• Accomplished interpersonal skills, capable of dealing effectively with employees, residents, vendors, and co-workers.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

• Affordable community experience with knowledge of current HUD guidelines is required.
