Key Responsibilities- Supervise leasing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, including training, performance reviews, hiring, promotion, and terminations.
- Develop and implement effective management strategies to drive business growth and improve resident satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, regulations, and OSHA standards.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of resident satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and ensure adherence to approved financial plans.
- Secure bids for repairs and replacement work beyond the capabilities of our staff.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Leadership skills and ability to develop and implement effective management strategies.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Supervisory experience in property management or a related field.
- Certification through an accredited housing association.
- Experience with OneSite or other property management software.
- Fair Housing training.
This is a full-time position that requires frequent walking, standing, and climbing stairs. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
CompensationThe salary for this position is $55,000 - $62,000 per annum, including monthly bonuses and commission.
