Job Summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Project Manager to lead the development of our Wafer Alignment Sensor project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the development work of a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and co-developers
  • Participate in reviewing concepts and designs
  • Create a work breakdown structure and translate it into a transparent plan using Microsoft Project
  • Regularly report progress and present to stakeholders
  • Coordinate deliverables and manage resources
  • Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Manage and steer co-developers
  • Assess technical risk and create mitigation plans
  • Ensure project deliverables are designed for High Volume Manufacturing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Optics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • PMP certification is a plus
